Any problems with my company buying a single-family property and using it to house out-of-town employees?

My company frequently has out of town employees come into town. We were thinking of buying a 4 bedroom “crash pad” as opposed to paying for hotels while they are here. Has anyone had any experience with this, and can relate pluses/minuses? Are there any zoning issues we should watch out for?

Het is niet ongewoon voor ondernemingen om te doen wat u beschrijft. Pros zijn dat het voor het bedrijf goedkoper en gewoonlijk comfortabeler is voor de werknemers. Nochtans moet u bewust zich van een paar potentiële val zijn. Als het huis één enkele familie in zones ondergever*deeld is en de buurt een actieve buurtvereniging heeft, kon u wat probleem hebben. Ik zou zeker zijn om bezit te zoeken dat niet in dat type van buurt is. Ook moet u zeker zijn dat de buitenkant van het huis en de werf keurig en schoon worden gehouden. Don' t heeft teveel auto’s of luide partijen. Die zijn de dingen die werkelijk de aandacht van de buren vangen en probleem veroorzaken.
