I would hope so.
Driving without insurance not only is against the law, it is just not very smart.
more than likely you can pay the fine but they will make you get an SR22 which means that you have to have proof of insurance always and if your insurance cancels or has a lapse your insurance company will notify the DMV who at that time will suspend your license. I would double check about your insurance coverage I have never known an insurance company to offer Property damage coverage and not bodily injury, generally that is always lumped together. From the accident did you have to pay for the other persons injury claim out of pocket?
Honestly, I have no idea how you could have property damage coverage, but no bodily injury coverage. Usually the BI is included as a split limit in the total coverage. Such as, $100,000 per person/$300,000 per accident/$50,000 property damage.
Run this by your agent.

Wow…how come do you just have PD without BI coverage? The standard coverage must include BI and PD. Anyway, just say you don’t have an auto insurance, so for sure, your DL will get suspended. That’s really crazy driving without an insurance. If you can’t think about other people’s life, at least think about your life.
