i had a car crash and a cop didnt do a report cause it was private property. am i off the hook?

i hit a handai and the lady called the cops but they couldnt show up and do a report because it was private property and i just gave her my information. am i off the hook or it dont matter if a cop does a report.

Well you off teh hook .. as for insurance and all … but teh lady might call you up to pay her for her damages ….. If teh accident wasnt severe … then it might be better ths way .. why? coz your insurance wont go up
she could still make a claim thru her insurance to collect from your insurance,in most parking lot accidents they are called no fault,but make sure your insurance knows what happened so they can prepare for it,otherwise they may pay her claim and collect from you
