The price will become stable as per some industry reports, there's this outside chance of a price crash though. Guess that was bound to happen as the supply has far exceeded the demand. I feel it was a deliberate attempt on the part of the government to increase the rental so as to encourage people to invest in properties. The initial surge will die down gradually.
