ja, zal het spoedig verpletteren.
Only a bit, population pressure and all that.
u kunt geen punt iets in die aard aan zulk een korte tijd als een paar maanden of jaar spelden. het zou niet kunnen verpletteren, zou het spoedig kunnen verpletteren, denk ik
I think the term crash is a bit heavy. A slow down and maybe a slight drop in prices but not a crash like we had back in the late 80’s….
I `D wacht tot, volgend jaar wanneer daar het weggeven van hen.
Only you can take a decision whether to buy or not and when that will be.
No, I do not think the house market is about to crash. The reason being that there is a shortage of housing in this country due to the number of immigrants coming into the country and the increase in the number of single households. In the South East the market had steadied which may last for the rest of this year, but people are still buying, some out of necessity because of job moves etc, and some see the market now as a buying opportunity. Each individual must make up their own mind.
Sorry I cannot be any more definite, but I am not an oracle – I wish I was then I could make a fortune.
FWIW I am about to buy a house – necessity. Needs must!
Best of luck.
Now is a good time to buy as the seller could be desperate and could drop the Price for you.
The answer to your question is that the U.K. property market has been in decline for the last three months, and that this decline is likely to continue for the next three months or more.
The main reason for this is an unwillingness to lend and higher interest rates, on the part of conventional sources of finance, in the wake of the American sub-prime mortgage scandal.
It is probably not a good idea to buy this year.
The country and population increase prices will just go on increasing not falling.
The market but with the market but with the market but with the market but.
Well it depends on what people might call a ‘crash’ really. I don’t think it will crash! It will take a dip of maybe 10% short term (maybe 1 year) until the ecconomy picks up again. Do the sums, the govt needs to house people. The population is rising faster than they can build houses. It’s still very much supply and demand in that respect. There is an acute shortage of houses, especially affordable ones.
I wouldn’t buy right now though, I would wait for 1 year. But hey, that’s me!
