When does everyone think property prices likely to return to 2007 levels in london? I have read 8 years?

However I have been speaking to my father (who has made a lot of money out the markets and seen many crashes) and he reckons that it will return within 2 years. I know this is all guess work however i would be interested the hear other peoples opinions

Crashes and booms happen very quickly- it is not an evolutionary process- so your dad could be right.
