Hope so- it’s people like you buying all the housing stock which has contributed to the ridiculous overblown market where most young people can’t get on the property ladder
Unfortunately people like yourselves have taken too many vacant properties off the market, so there are too many people chasing too few properties.
Property prices in the UK should stabilise in the coming months. If you have the money now is the time to buy your 5th one.
