l bought 2 singapore properties which is now going up!!! A friend told me that the property is going to crash soon as investor are leaving. Do you think l should sell off now?

Hi, i would be grateful for some advice. I have some money sitting in the bank and am really tempted to invest in property rather than watch me fritter it away to nothing. What concerns me is the inflated market prices and the obvious worry that i’ll buy something to let then end up with a load of negative equity (which i suppose is what the gamble is all about). I was considering off plan investements where the deposit is lower and obviously the purchase price is a lot lower than the going market rates for nearby properties. Any ideas….better to hold out for the big crash or buy buy buy as the prices are still rising?? Any advice would be welcome.

I was hoping that I might get some answers from estate agents that had witnessed a crash in the 90s etc? Is a 2012 return to 2007 property values out of the question?

I saw an article in a newspaper that property in the states has fallen by 40%, and with the dollar weak and the pound strong I was thinking it might be a good investment. Any advice or web site addressess to browse would be greatly appreciated.
