Secured loan, how can i have my payments reduced?

Due to current financial circumstances (Being 150 down a week) Are there any particular ways to have my payments reduced with my secured loan?

I’ve spoke to the people i have the loan out with and was only offered a months payment break, this won’t suffice as i just can’t make ends meet.

I’m looking into getting a secured personal loan for improvements to a new home and would like to use my savings bonds as collateral. When I do this can I continue to keep the bonds in my safe deposit box or do I have to physically turn them over to the bank?

I want to borrow some to money to consolidate all my credit and thought the only way out is to put it on my mortgage. I am tied into my mortgage til November and so will have a charge of £3000.00 to pull out. I could get a secured loan which is the same as a mortgage but you will get quicker money and wont incurr any charrges. What should I do?

I am currently paying off a debt agreement, but am in need of a small (no more than $2,000) secured loan to pay some vet bills etc. I have the capacity to repay this amount within a year but am not sure of any companies who provide such a loan… Are there any? I have a car for security with a clear title (no money owed on it).
