I have invested in rehabs in the past and have done well. Now I am looking for several lower cost / high reward projects. Is there a way to find seized property?

I also rehab. The best investments are always the seized property auctions. Not too many places to find them. It is a very low key field.
I always get my leads through a seized property site. I call them middle men. But it saves me months of research trying to find auctions on my own. Check them out

Go to the Country Clerks office and find out who owes taxes and sometimes you can pay the tax and get the property
