Secured loan, how can i have my payments reduced?

Due to current financial circumstances (Being 150 down a week) Are there any particular ways to have my payments reduced with my secured loan?
I’ve spoke to the people i have the loan out with and was only offered a months payment break, this won’t suffice as i just can’t make ends meet.
